FV Vantage is a faith-based capital sourcing and advisory firm. Guided by Christian faith, we seek to honor God through the way we serve people and steward the gifts, relationships, and resources He has entrusted to us.
OUR PRINCIPAL
Vincent Lam
Being saved and born again in November 2025, I've decided to restructure FV Vantage to a faith based, God centered firm.
My professional foundation over the last 19 years have been within sourcing, contracts and procurement spanning across the public, utilities, and private sectors from oil and gas to data centers, in both operations and capital projects in the multi-billions of dollars.
During this time, I've owned several small businesses including investments in real estate, retail, food & beverage, transportation & logistics, tech, and finance with FV serving hundreds of businesses and successfully sourcing $100M+ in support of their goals and visions.
I have gone through ups and downs personally in life and business over the years and have seen and been through many with clients as well so there's a decent chance we have navigated through similar hurdles you're facing.
The experiences and skills developed and refined over the years have been a differentiating advantage and value within capital sourcing and advisory to businesses that can't be found or duplicated elsewhere.
God is faithful, and the more I've learned and walked in rhythm as a disciple, the more undeniable this fact and truth is, which is also why I've decided to restructure FV to being faith based with God being at the center.
Everything belongs to Him and we are but stewards of His gifts and resources that's provided to us during our time here on earth.

Our vision is to build a boutique advisory firm where Christian faith shapes how we work. We seek to treat every person with dignity, listen before offering advice, and pursue relationships built on honesty and mutual care.
We view capital as a tool, not an end in itself. Responsible financing should support productive work and meaningful goals while respecting the obligations it creates. Our role is to help business owners consider both the opportunity and the responsibility.
We aim to use expertise, experience, and funding relationships wisely, recognizing that every resource carries a responsibility. Growth matters, but never at the expense of integrity, sound judgment, or the people we serve.
